Rovers vs. Rye (2-0)

Great game ladies!!! We one 2-0 against Rye! We played the best game of the fall season so far as a team- running the ball, communicating well and finishing up front. Whitney and Jill stepped up from the Ramblers and made a big difference. Michaela played excellently at defense, and Alyssa played great at right mid. The goals came in the first half with a fantastic assist from Iza to Nicola, and the second in a scramble in front of a goal tipped in by Nicola. Everyone on the team had a strong game, and it paid off! We are now in 3rd place in the league, one point away from Big Apple and Rye who are tied for first.
